The Midleton Very Rare Silent Distillery Collection preserves the last casks from Old Midleton before its closure. Released annually since 2020, it concludes in 2025. Chapter Four, aged in an ex-bourbon cask, features notes of honey, caramelized apple, ginger snap, and stone fruit, presented in a bespoke Waterford crystal decanter.
