The Midleton Very Rare Silent Distillery Collection preserves the last casks from Old Midleton before its closure. Released annually since 2020, it concludes in 2025. Chapter Five, aged in American ex-bourbon barrels, features notes of peach, apricot, dates, citrus fruits, and dark chocolate, presented in a bespoke Waterford crystal decanter.
